Bids are hereby invited to appoint a panel of suppliers for the provision of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (ECPM) Support Services to the Client"s Projects for a period of 3 years. Scope: The scope includes, but is not limited to: • Defining, planning, monitoring, executing and closeout of ECPM construction activities; • Conducting full cost estimation for construction projects from conception to commissioning; • Setting site deployment plan; • Establishing and executing site material controls; • Identifying, assessing and controlling construction and security risks; • Ensuring that all construction works or services meet specifications from the Client; • Construction and project management, work supervision, works preparation, material control, quality control, record keeping and handover; • Other related services as may be required.
