Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a specialised service provider to provide emergency road accident medical assistance and claims administration support for client passengers operating on both national and cross-border routes. Scope: The service provider will be required to: • Operate a 24/7/365 call center within South Africa with SADC coverage; • Coordinate on-site emergency medical response for client passengers; • Arrange emergency transport to state or private hospitals (subject to clients authorization); • Guarantee payment for medical care up to R25,000 per passenger per incident; • Facilitate repatriation or hospital transfers as advised by medical professionals; • Provide claims administration for all territories covered by clients operations; • Offer trauma counselling to injured and non-injured passengers; • Manage next-of-kin communication, accommodation, and shuttle support; • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports; • Appoint a dedicated Relationship Manager to oversee service delivery.
