Specifications: Professional Telephonic Counseling services 24/7/365 in all 4 of the official languages (English, Isizulu, Sesotho and Afrikaans): • Family Problems; • Marital Problems; • Divorce; • Child/Parents conflict; • Relationship Problems; • Anxiety; • Depression and Suicide; • Post-traumatic stress disorder; • Substance Abuse; • Personal financial Management; Life Management Services: • Legal Advice (Telephonic and Hybrid); • Financial Advice (Telephonic and Hybrid); • Family Care Support Services (Telephonic and Hybrid); • Information (Telephonic and Hybrid); Telephonic Professional Health Advisory Services: • HIV/AIDS Counselling, Education and Support Services; • Medical Advisory Services; Professional Face to Face Counselling Services (Offsite): • Up to 10 sessions per employee per incident per year; • Referral to appropriate external resources (Rehabilitation centre); Managerial Consultancy, Referral and Training Services: • Managerial Referral; • Custodian Referral; • Absenteeism and Incapacity Consultancy Services (Report and assistance); Comprehensive Online Wellness Program (e-Care): • Interactive Online Wellness Services; • Professional Advisory Services (Ask the doctor, Dietician, Psychologist, etc); Communication and Marketing Services: • Promotional material (brochures, wallet cards, posters) Employee Engagement & Awareness Campaigns; • Manager and Employee EWP (Employee Wellness Programme) Orientation sessions; Program Management: • Dedicated Client Relationship Manager; Trauma Debriefing per incident and quarterly sessions: • Serious accident/incident or Fatality; • Violence or threat of violence; • Death or serious injury of a co-worker; • Natural disaster; • Terrorist activity, strike or unrest; • Contact with sick or seriously injured individuals; • Exposure to risk of infection by a deadly disease; Reporting • Professional ethics and confidentiality must be maintained at all times; • Quality reports should be available within stipulated agreed upon time frames such as monthly, quarterly, annually; • Reports should show trends, benching, etc. The reports must add value to the municipality in understanding their workforce and in identifying areas where intervention is required.
