Specifications: Old Public Rank Toilets: • Number of toilets: 6; • Maintenance to be performed on female and male toilets; • Scope of work includes: - Repair/replacement of pipes; - Repair/replacement of toilet fixtures (x6); - Repair/replacement of sinks and associated plumbing (x2); - Any other necessary work to ensure the toilets are functional and safe. Guard House at Landfill Site: • Full maintenance or renovations to the guard house; • Scope of work includes: - Repair/replacement of corrugated iron, - Repair/replacement of ceiling board, - Repair/replacement of door (x1), - Any other necessary work to ensure the guard house is secure and functional.
