Quotations are hereby invited for audio, recording and visual. The Department: Integrated Human Settlements requires the professional services of a service provider for the provision of audio, recording and visual services as stipulated: 1. To supply and the setup of audio, recording and visual for the engagement on 20 November 2025 for a Forest Villages workshop from 10:00 - 16:00 to be held in the Stellenbosch Town Hall; 2. The supply of extensions leads to connected plugs, and three wireless microphones; 3. To record audio during the workshop and hand over on a flash drive; 4. To provide pricing per the individual line items as stipulated on the pricing schedules. Scope of Work: The following equipment’s will be needed to be supplied with power connections and technical support at the venue: 1. Mixer; 2. Speakers suffice for Town Hall; 3. A high-resolution projector. 4. A portable projector screen: 6m (L) x 6m (H); 5. Three wireless microphones which should be managed by the service providers to the delegates during the workshop; 6. Extension leads and plugs; 7. One (1) laptop to be provided by the services for the connection to the projector; 8. One (1) flash drive in order to store audio; 9. Recording of engagement should be provided on a flash drive to the Department: Integrated Human Settlements on or before 5 working days after engagement.
