Quotations are hereby invited for the grievance handling and disciplinary procedures, preventions and proactive strategies for Leaders for a period of no longer than 12 (twelve) months; Quantity; 75. Purpose: • This training interventions aims to support our KPI 1.9 to improve employee engagement (In-house – 2 days). Scope of work: Target audience: • Snr Managers, Managers, Team leaders, HR Professionals and Trade Union Leadership. Programme Objectives: - Understand the principles and procedures for handling grievances and disciplinary actions; - Develop effective communication skills to handle grievances and disciplinary procedures; - Implement prevention strategies; - Ensure fairness and consistency.
