Erratum: Extension of Closing Date and Amendment to Tender Documents: Proposals are hereby invited for appointment of three (3) service providers for the supply and delivery of IT hardware, software and equipment for a period of five (5) years. Scope: • The Client will place an order with the supplier on an ad-hoc basis as and when IT Hardware, software, and services supplies are required; • All hardware must meet the specifications outlined in the technical requirements document; • The supplier will deliver the ordered items at the indicated price, less the discount agreed at the time of this tender; • Goods receivable will be signed off, and a delivery note will be signed and authorised; • The supplier will submit to the Client"s monthly invoices and a statement of account reflecting all Orders placed and the amount to be remitted; • Where a catalogued item is unavailable, the Supplier may suggest an alternative product; • All items required by the Client for IT equipment, software, and service supplies cannot be forecast and depicted in the bid document. Therefore, it is accepted that the sample items, as depicted in the pricing schedule, have been selected and are priced by the bidder and shall be indicative of the prices charged by the bidder to the Client for goods required to meet the IT equipment specification requirements; • Microsoft licensing requirements must follow the Client"s existing volume license agreement with Microsoft; • Provide warranty support for hardware and software as per agreed terms.
