Quotations are hereby invited for Conflict Management Through Collaborating course. Specifications: Specific outcome 1: Foundations of high-functioning teams: This module provides the essential building blocks for effective teamwork, focusing on self-awareness, team dynamics, and workplace behaviour. Topics covered: • Understanding team dynamics, • Personality types & workplace interactions, • Effective & collaborative communication, • Respect for diversity & inclusion, trust & psychological safety, • Sense of purpose & self-motivation, • Commitment & accountability. Delegates will gain insights into their own behaviour and develop strategies for better communication, trust-building, and collaboration. Specific outcome 2: Experiential team challenge: As they work through various games, puzzles, and escape activities within a time limit, key team behaviours will be observed and analysed. Key focus areas: • How well does the team work together under pressure? • How does the team handle disagreements and problem-solving hurdles? • How does the team strategize, adapt, and make decisions? • Individual positioning within the team, • How effectively does the team share information, listen, and coordinate actions? Through this high-intensity, real-time simulation, team members will gain practical insights into their own behaviours, strengths, and areas for improvement. A structured debrief session will allow reflection. Specific outcome 3: Strategy & integration: To embed new insights, teams will participate in a session using recognized methods for developing creative problem-solving, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Topics covered: • Creative problem-solving in teams, • Building trust through engagement, • Reinforcing conflict resolution strategies, • Strategic thinking & decision-making. Delegates will have a second opportunity to integrate what they’ve learned, allowing them to refine and strengthen their teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Specific outcome 4: Strategic planning for team transformation: To ensure that insights gained from the course translate into sustainable improvements, the final phase will focus on creating actionable strategies to drive long-term change. Topics covered: • What did the team learn, and how can it be applied daily? • Establishing clear, actionable objectives for improved collaboration, • Embedding new communication & conflict resolution strategies, • Implementing feedback loops and accountability measures for ongoing development.
