Scope: The appointed service provider will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: • Use the available information on identified specific skills gaps and training requirements for the youth. • Developing a detailed business plan that outlines a high-level skills development programmes, including their objectives, target beneficiaries. • Identifying potential funding opportunities from various SETAs and other relevant national and international funders and tailoring the business plan to meet their specific application requirements and strategic priorities. • Developing a financial model, including detailed budgets. • Outlining the governance structure, operational management, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the proposed skills development initiatives.
