Scope: • Scrape all peeling paint from inside and outside walls; • Fill up all cracks and uneven surfaces with poly filler on walls; • Apply two coats of paint to the walls using 15-year warranty paint; • Remove existing floor tiles; • Supply and fit porcelain floor tiles; • Remove the existing counter; • Supply and fit new counter and cabinet; • Supply and fit pigeon holes; • Paint door and frame; • Supply and fit 4-foot LED wall light fitting, including lamp.
