Bids are hereby invited for local office accommodation, WC011 - Matzikama. The client desires to lease a local office that can meet its operational requirements at a municipal level in Matzikama. The local office is an operational and administration point that is primarily involved in the delivery of election programmes on a municipal level. Based on the client’s needs determination and space planning assessment guidelines to ensure operational functionality at a municipal level, the required local office Gross Lettable (Rentable) Area (GLA) as provided for by the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) should be 120m² with a permissible variance of 15% larger (138m²) or 5% smaller (114m²). The client has determined a 15% tolerance range for the required local office accommodation needs. The client will only pay for a maximum of 138m² regardless of the size of the building.
