Scope: Programme Outcomes: • Definition, description and overarching goal of People Analytics; • Identify and analyse the problem to be solved and the insights needed from the data; • Refine the problem to be solved into actionable and measurable subsections; • Explore the best practices of data gathering and data cleanup; • Focus on visualizing and presenting the data to drive efficient decision making; • Strong focus on practical application during the entire course; • Foster a culture of interrogating the data, questioning the results and critical engagement with the outcomes. Certificate of completion with 6 CPD points from Institute of People Management (IPM) must be issued after attendance. Venue and catering must be included.
