Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the provision of SharePoint (enhancement and support) for a period of 2 years. Scope: The service provider will be expected to: Provide for 40 hours per month for 24 months (40 hrs x 24 months) to cover for: • Remote and on-site support (as may be required) for SharePoint issues: - Assist the client with user and permission management; - Attend to incidents on SharePoint; • Maintenance and health checks on SharePoint portal and SharePoint Admin Centre on M365 E5; • Development and implementation of SharePoint adoption program (user awareness session, user training) for the client; • Implementation of any enhancements (customization, development , testing, commissioning) as and when requested within the 24 months; • Provision of monthly reports on completed work and number of hours consumed/utilized; Including but not limited to: Monthly support report detailing: - Tasks performed; - Hours utilized; - Outstanding issues, or - Recommendations; • The number of hours not used shall accumulate from month to month , and year to year without any cost escalations (number of hours not used in a certain month shall be accumulated into the following month and so is into the following year); • Provision of Skills Transfer (allocate four hours per month) to ICT personnel (ЮАР - Тендер #67796522)
