Work Stage 1: Inception Hours x 16; 2. Work Stage 2: Design and Concept Viability Hours x 40; 3. Work Stage 3: Design Development Hours x 56; 4. Work Stage 4.1: Council Documentation and Approvals Hours x 40; 5. Work Stage 4.2: Construction Documentation & Procurement Hours x 32; 6. Work Stage 5: Construction and Site Inspection Hours x 40; 7. Work Stage 6: Close Out Hours x 16; 8. Disbursements. The proposed scope of works, include the following: • Construction of new standby facilities using brick and mortar (approx. 120 m²); • Construction of new offices for new staff – mobile containers (approx. 96 m²); • Construct new ablution facilities for new staff (approx. 26 m²); • Upgrading the existing workshop and storeroom to be brick and mortar structure (approx. 96 m²); • Construction new guard house as per standard drawing (approx. 25 m²); • The renovations to the existing standby rooms and ablution facilities including plumbing repairs, electricity wiring, painting and repair to doors, door locks and windows; • Upgrade the lighting in and around the depot complex; • New name boards and signage at the entrance gate and reception area.
