Quotations are hereby invited for service provider to provide competency assessments for senior managers group heads, directors and deputy directors for a period of twelve (12) months. Scope of works: Competency Assessment for Senior Managers, i.e. City Manager and Sec 56 positions Conduct competency assessment/skills assessment as per the Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) Senior Managers Competency Framework. The competency assessment must be able to probe the following: • Cognitive Process Profile (CCP: cognitive assessment); • 15FQ+ (personality assessment); • Giotto (workplace behaviour assessment); • Competency-based simulation (simulation exercises); • Competency Assessments for Group Heads, Directors, and Deputy Directors Conduct Competency Assessment for Group Heads, Directors, and Deputy Directors, to be assessed using a non-COGTA assessment which is compiled based on the Job Description and the requirements of the role. The Competency Assessment must be able to probe the following: • Cognitive Process Profile (CCP: cognitive assessment); • Critical Reasoning Test Battery (CRTB2: reasoning assessment); • General Reasoning Assessments (GRT2: reasoning assessment); • 15FQ+ (personality assessment); • Integrity assessments; • Competency-based simulation (simulation exercises).
