Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for replacement of auditorium ducted system as per scope at Durban container terminal pier 2 for a once of period. Scope: - Remove and replace existing 3 x ducted system with 2 x 150 000 btu’s on each evaporator; - Supply new copper piping and cabling; - Treat all coils with anti-corrosion treatment; - Supply breakers and waterproof isolators; - Spec: McQuay MMC 150 ER FFA, 380 V, protection IPX4, R 410a refrigerant, heating and cooling non-inverter or equivalent product; - Replace cable trays and drainpipes with new; - Inspect and repair ducts any leaks; - Perform corrosion protection on the ducts; - Install 4 x high bay lights (light fighting to be supplied by the Client); - Supply and install 4 x 1.1kW extractor fans; - Fan spec: Diameter - 1270 mm, blade quantity, 6 blades, material: aluminium, frame material: galvanized sheet metal, potential rating: 400v, current rating: 2.8 amps, power rating: 1.1 kW, mounting type: wall mount; - Special features: 450 rpm, 3 phase, direct drive, maintenance free, reference no: GFQ-1250-MSDA-1.1kWT, maxi flow CFW ultra high efficiency type Q fan; - Connect all motors on mini VSD’s Delta MS 300; - Complete refurbishment of main DB and test main supply cable; - Test and repair main supply cable and circuit breaker; - Service provider to deliver old units to the dedicated T.P.T graveyard; - Provide C.O.C (Certificate of Compliance) at the handover.
