Quotations are hereby invited for appointment of a service provider to facilitate a corporate governance training and skills gap analysis for the board. The service provider will be required to deliver the following: • Conduct individual board skills and knowledge assessment. • Develop a comprehensive gap analysis report with recommendations. • Design and facilitate a customized governance training programme. • Provide governance toolkits and resources for continuous development. • Pre-engagement consultations and development of assessment tools. • Skills assessment covering governance, fiduciary duties, and oversight responsibilities. • Facilitation of 2 (two) days governance workshop with interactive case studies. • Provision of training materials and digital resources. • Inception report detailing methodology and timelines • Tailored governance training programme agenda and materials. • Post-training evaluation report with recommendations.
