Quotations are hereby invited for appointment of community organizations to implement community-based treatment literacy interventions. Scope: The Client seeks to engage community organization/service providers to lead implementation, coordination of Treatment Literacy interventions. The service providers are expected to: a. Attend an inception meeting with the Client"s Treatment Literacy Technical lead to present the project implementation plan; b. Introduce the project to respective districts stakeholders, including DoH district office/health facilities; c. Appoint Treatment Literacy Promoters (10 per organization) to lead community-based Treatment Literacy interventions; d. Collaborate with local clients to support HIV newly diagnosed clients and those with a detectable viral load to achieve and sustain viral suppression; e. Collaborate with community-based HIV testing sites to provide U=U-based counselling for newly diagnosed clients, thereby strengthening linkage to care; f. Lead treatment literacy interventions e.g. dialogues and conduct radio regular talks in collaboration with community radios; g. Working with local health facilities to strengthen patient referral to enhance the welcome back strategy and retention to care; h. Submit project inception, and monthly progress reports (program and finance); i. Attend virtual monthly progress review meetings (convened by the Client); j.
