Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to supply and deliver 12 x 12000 BTU and 4 x 18000 BTU new air conditioners at the municipal building. The contractor shall supply, deliver, install, test and commission the following units: - Split-type 12,000 Btu (3.5 kW) cooling capacity air conditioners suitable for office use (12); - 18,000 Btu overhang (ceiling-mounted) units (4); - All equipment supplied shall be brand new, energy-efficient (minimum Energy Efficiency Rating A or equivalent), and covered by manufacturer’s warranty (minimum 3 years on compressor, 1 year on parts); - All works shall comply with SANS standards, OHS Act regulations, and manufacturer’s installation guidelines; - Contractor to provide all tools, equipment, consumables, and skilled personnel necessary for installation.
