Tenders are hereby invited for the appointment of suitable service providers for the in-house competency training and certification of roads employees on the operation of construction / mobile plant in terms of Construction Regulation 23(1)(d) (closed bid process). Scope: Type of service required: Service Provider must provide training to the Roads Department employees as follows: - Training and assessment of roads employees at three different depots: George, Riversdale and Oudtshoorn; - The total number of operators that need to be trained will be determined by the need as identified by roads management; - Training gaps need to be identified and report to the Management Team before the commencement of training.
