The Client invites suitably qualified service providers for an appointment of a panel of recruitment agencies for the headhunting of critical and scarce skills, executive and senior managers positions, and people with disabilities for a period of five (5) years. Scope: Category 1: Headhunting of people with disabilities: • Post-Graduate Development programme (known Professional as Development Programme – PDP); • Agricultural Research and Development positions; • Support Positions. Category 2: Headhunting for critical and scarce skills positions: • Recruitment of employees with critical and scarce skills in agricultural research and development as provided from time to time to meet the ARC employment equity plan. • The category is defined by searching for and securing the appointment of individuals with scarce skills to meet the ARC employment equity plan and fill positions with scarce skill sets (Researchers, specialists, etc) within the agricultural research and development space and/or the science council. Category 3: Headhunting of executive and senior management positions: • Recruitment of individuals with relevant qualifications, skills and experience. • This category covers headhunting and placement of candidates that fully meet the job requirements. Category 4: • Recruitment of technical and support staff including fixed-term contract and temporary which fully meet the job requirements within the agricultural research and development space and/or any other related industry.
