Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for trailer repairs - AT10, AT21, AT22, AT23, AT24 and AT32. Scope of Work: Work to Be Conducted; - De-rust complete trailer (sand blast); - Replace all damaged "I" beams; - Repair all cracks on trailer; - Replace the skid plate, 12mm, graded steel; - Replace kin; - Install new landing plates at corners and center of trailer (20 mm); - Install twist lock pockets at 12m position on trailer; - Install 6m twist lock pocket at front container mount and rear container mount position; - Build a walkway around the trailer; - Frame to be 500mm wide; - Frame to be fabricated with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm galvanized angle iron; - The walk area to have 30mm mentis grating inserts; - The mentis grating has to be secured with mentis retaining clamps; - Two access ladders to be fabricated and installed at the centre of the trailer, on both sides; - The loading area of the trailer to be painted white; - Work to be performed off site hence Trailer to be collected; - Paint entire Trailer Jotun products both under & top coat (Red); - Apply yellow reflective tape across all borders of Trailer; - Label & number Trailer per TPT specification; - Deliver Trailer back to TPT Pier 1.
