Quotations are hereby invited for the provision of hygiene and pest control services for a period of 12 months. The scope of the work will entail but not limited to the following: 1. Hygiene: - The service provider to provide fully trained and equipped on-site specialist team to maintain all hygiene devices as well as replenish device consumables, - The service provider must disposed of waste on a monthly basis, 2. Pest Control: - Inspection and identification of pest problems and potential risks should be done. The building should also be protected against cockroaches, mice, fleas, weevils, ants, and flies, - Overall site risk assessment analysis should be carried out, and detailed reports of every visit, including observations, notes of treatment, and recommended action, as well as providing the client with site checklists.
