Quotations are hereby invited to supply and maintain portable flushable toilets at the Port of Durban Container Terminal Pier 2 for a period of twelve (12) months as per specifications. Scope: • The portable toilets are to be maintained by the appointed service provider on daily basis for a period of 12 months; • Toilets must be flushable; • Toilets must be equipped with a hand basin; • Toilets must include a mirror, hand soap, sanitiser dispenser and sanitors (feminine hygiene disposal units), which must be replenished and emptied during each service; • Toilets must be fitted with functional lights; • Toilets must be anchored/secured to the ground; • Truck driver toilets must be serviced daily (7 days per week); • Emergency toilets and seasonal toilets must be serviced twice daily (once during the day and once at night), seven days a week, including public holidays; • The service provider must supply all cleaning tools and materials.
