Project requirements: • Develop a robust questionnaire that ensures comparability with the previous survey; • Draw a sample of respondents from SA Tourism databases and ensure a reliable sample size to allow for valid and meaningful analysis and key sub-sample analysis; • Field electronic survey and collect responses in a database to be delivered to SA Tourism (the sample will be both SA and international stakeholders); • Analyse results and deliver detailed report of findings (SA, International, Media and Total, and additional subsamples should sample allow); • Ensure the reliability and stability of the model in the active years with the previous waves. The stakeholder surveys contribute to the SA Tourism Corporate reputation score, which is comparable to the previous models created; • Collect a robust sample for a stable model with potential for sub-sample analysis.
