Quotations are hereby invited for servicing of borehole filtration system and water testing at Baniyena Clinic. Technical specifications: - Servicing of district borehole filtration, tanks and quarterly quality testing as per SANS 241; - Service of unit/water treatment plant/clean out holding tanks; - Remove borehole pump and service/service booster pumps; - Replace clean and service all filters/chlorinator pills and cartridge; - Ensure all equipment in water treatment plant is fully functional, softness and needed chemicals are sufficient and the water is safe for human consumption; - Water stored in holding tanks must be tested quarterly as per SANS 241:2015; - Water samples to be collected in appropriate bottles provided by a SANS accredited laboratory; - Samples to be submitted to a SANS accredited laboratory for physio chemical and bacteriological analysis according to SANS 241:2015 water quality guidelines; - Test results from laboratory must be submitted to clinics and institutions; - Water must be left save for human consumption.
