Re-advertisement: Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of an insurance broker to provide a legal liability insurance cover for a period of 36 months, for the diamonds handled at the Diamond Exchange and Export Centre (DEEC). The successful bidder is required to: - Provide comprehensive cover of handling diamonds in the DEEC, the broker must have extensive knowledge of the risk involved in high value goods; - The bidder must be in a possession to have a comprehensive cover which is aligned with a reputable underwriter; - Provide a clear and user-friendly claim procedure; - A turnaround time of approximately seven (7) days will be acceptable once the claim is submitted; - The risk assessment report must be provided regularly as per SLA.
