Quotations are hereby requested for the appointment of a service provider to provide plumbing services for a period of 3 years. Scope of Work: 1. The client hereby requests experienced, dedicated plumbing contractors and reputable bidders to submit quotations for the provision of plumbing services to the CMS Offices for three (3) years, 2. The service provider will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, repairs, alterations, relocation and minor new installation of the Plumbing Infrastructure at CMS Offices, 3. The work will be done under the following maintenance types on a when-required basis: • Planned Preventive Maintenance, • Corrective Maintenance, • Predictive Maintenance, • Unplanned breakdowns and emergency repairs, • Minor/smaller approved Projects related to maintenance work, 4. Information regarding the building: • Number of restrooms - 6 (Ground Floor/First Floor), • All toilets are Geberit Systems, • Men’s urinals x 7, • 14 Sinks, • 5 Kitchens, • Hydroboil x 2, • Geysers/under-counter small geysers.
