The services required include, among others, recruitment, placement, training and broader human capital management of clinical and non-clinical personnel, at clinics, sub-district district and provincial level. These services are required for a period of 7 months. Job Specification: • Place clinical and non-clinical staff in clinics, sub-district district and province. • Manage the staff in line with South African labour laws and regulations governing the workplace environment. • Build capacity on clinical and non-clinical guidelines. standard operating procedures and policies applicable to the health environment. • Develop individual/professional specific contracts of employment. • Manage the financial resources allocated to this function.
