The course should cover minimum course content as per scope of works as stipulated: 1. Electrical maintenance: Company and safety procedures adhere to: • Replacing lamps; • Fitting three pin plugs; • Reset earth leakage; • Reset circuit breaker. 2. Inspection and use of hand tools: • Use hand tools applicable to trade. 3. Plumbing maintenance: • Repair and maintenance of taps, valves and stopcocks. 4. Civil and construction maintenance: • Tiling safety procedures; • Glazing; • Paint; • Types and finishes; • Painting.
