Scope of Work: • Supply and install new white 7W cool white LED down lights (40); • Supply and install new acoustic ceiling panels, 1200 x 600 (20); • Service and or repair sliding doors for paraplegic ablutions (2); • Paint doors frames with two coats of Herons Crest (Grey) (16); • Paint doors with two coats of Herons Crest (Grey) (16); • Prepare walls and paint with two coats of Ocean Mist (light grey) (70sqm); • Replace damaged wall tiles with similar tiles (20); • Supply and install 50mm aluminum equal angle (10m); • Supply and install new white molded wooden toilet seats with nylon hinge (14); • Check pan connectors for leaks and repair where required (12); • Check bottle traps and drains for urinals and repair where required (10); • Service and repair toilet flush masters (12); • Service and repair urinal flush masters (10).
