Scope: Deliverables: The appointed Employee Wellness Service provider will be required to provide: 1. Face to face, virtual or telephonic counselling services to employees as and when required, 2. Confidential, appropriate, and timely problem identification and assessment, services for employees’ personal concerns that may affect work performance. 3.
