Scope: a) To develop a productivity framework that will assist the CoE to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in its operations, processes, or individual work habits; b) To develop a productivity framework that responds to the following four pillars: (not limited to the four); - Time management; - Task management; - Prioritization; - Focus; c) The framework must aim at improving how resources are used to achieve desired outputs, ultimately leading to greater productivity and achieving organizational goals; d) To develop and provide organizational metrics and tools that will be utilized by the CoE to measure and assess the productivity levels; e) The framework must assist the CoE in streamlining the current business processes to effectively reduce exorbitant overtime which currently presents fiscal constraints; f) To analyze the effective optimization/utilization of resources and/or constraints for improved productivity levels to achieve the mandate of the CoE; g) Transfer of skills to the internal resources assigned to the project; h) Produce a detailed productivity framework with findings and recommendations to the CoE; i) Service provider to make use of their own resources (computers, transport) etc; j) Copy of police on security clearance certificate (the criminal record clearance) of the owner/director of the company.
