Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby requested for a qualified e-learning technology company to undertake the technical development, design, and layout of online training materials. Scope of works: The e-learning technology company will be responsible for the following tasks, working closely with the subject matter expert consultant who will supply the core content: 1. E-learning Module Development and Design: - Design the overall look and feel, navigation, and user interface for the online training modules and ESMOE skills package, ensuring consistency in branding and user-friendly formats, - Develop the online modules based on content (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, scripts) provided by the subject matter expert consultant, - Record and integrate studio-equivalent voice-overs for each presentation/module, - Incorporate appropriate graphics, tables, figures, and potentially animations to enhance understanding and engagement, based on content needs identified with the subject matter expert consultant, - Develop and integrate videos for the ESMOE skills package, - Technically implement the online self-rated assessments (multiple choice questions to be provided by the subject matter expert consultant) with automated scoring and feedback mechanisms, - Implement a system for self-enrolment and generation of certificates with Continues Professional Development (CPD) points upon successful completion of modules and skills learning exercises, - Ensure all modules are designed and developed to align with Learning Management System specifications and are ready for deployment on the platform.
