Scope of work: The proposed review of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) governance documents encompasses the following key elements: 1. Review clients SCM legal framework. 2. Review the e-procurement system and its documents for purposes of documenting new SCM process in Supply Chain Management Procedure Manual. 3. Develop a comprehensive Supply Chain Management (SCM) Procedure Manual that covers the entire SCM cycle, incorporating the new e-procurement process. The manual should integrate the following: the previous procedural manual, the current "as-is" processes, and the newly implemented procurement process, combining them into a single, cohesive document. The selected supplier must be able to align with all three processes seamlessly. 4. Outline the key stages of the supply chain, from initial planning through to the final product delivery. Describe how each stage is interconnected and explain the relationships and dependencies between them to provide a clear understanding of the overall process. 5. Attend SCM e-procurement workshop to gather system overview. 6. Prepared to engage the e-procurement service provider directly to reach the project objective. 7. Reviewing and developing new tender documents in line with SCM Legal Framework for the following: 7.1. Non- Construction-related 7.1.1. Request for Proposal (RFP) template and associated annexures. 7.1.2. Request for Quotation (RFQ) template and associated annexures 8. Conduct at least two workshops to get buy-in and feedback on Draft documents. 9. Train SCM Officials on the compilation of RFQ and RFP documents 10.
