Specifications: The client seeks to establish partnerships with public sector organizations, NPOs, private sector organizations, and MSMEs to support its mission of delivering digital skills and digital entrepreneurship training to South Africans. It is envisaged that the proposals will be for the delivery of digital skills and digital entrepreneurship training. The purpose of this call for proposals is to create an ecosystem that supports the delivery of identified skills, facilitates their dissemination to marginalized areas, generates work and entrepreneurial experiences for beneficiaries, and reduces the digital divide in South Africa. Eventually, the delivery of the identified skills will advance participants’ readiness to participate in the digital economy and take advantage of opportunities brought by rapidly advancing digital technologies. Proposals focusing on digital skills must include digital literacy, digital entrepreneurship, and emerging technology skills. Each proposal must specify the province/s it will focus on.
