Scope of work: The scope of work entails the replacing of skylights and minor interior painting at Victoria Lake Inn, Simmerpan, as per SANS 10400-N and SANS 10137 requirements: - Waterproofing of the leaking skylight panels in Block A & B; - Replacement of damaged skylight panels; - Sealing of all cracks, repairs to expansion joints, and treatment of any surface rust found on metal fittings; - Replacement of damaged ceiling, cornices and bulkheads; - As specified and if needed, use a base coat primer as a sealant; - Apply two coats of the Client"s approved paint complying to all environmental requirements.
