Quotations are hereby invited to replace high pumps & blower sensors. Work to be done: - Replace suction and delivery flow sensors for liquid (digital sensors) x 4. - The sensors must be able to send 4 - 20mA signal to the PLC for control purposes. - High lift pumps x 2. - Backwash pumps x 2. - Install the sensors on existing pipelines, installation and mounting accessories. - Technician time, tools, travel to site. - Connect the sensors to electrical control panels, The existing wiring must be tested for continuity and insulation resistance prior to connect. - Configure the sensors to communicate with the PLC and SCADA system. The sensor must be configured and scaled according to the existing PLC logic parameters. Tags must be updated on the SCADA HMI screens to reflect the new sensor parameter, including flow rate in cubic meters per hour, cumulative volume and fault diagnostics. - Calibrate and rest the sensors.
