24-06-2025 Quotation are hereby invited for the supply of governance officer resources for a period of 3 months in the clients Company Secretariat team, Qty: 2. The resource will be required to: • To support the Company Secretary by managing Board and Committee administration, monitoring statutory compliance, coordinating declarations of interest, and assisting with policy reviews and regulatory submissions, • Assist in preparing agendas, packs, and minutes, • Coordinate meeting logistics and invitations, • Ensure timely follow-up on action items and resolutions, • Maintain up-to-date statutory registers (conflicts of interest, declarations, attendance), • Assist with compliance tracking and reporting processes, • Assist in the review and formatting of governance-related policies and frameworks, • Maintain version control and repository of all approved policies and charters, • File and organise governance documents in accordance with POPIA and internal protocols, • Ensure secure, audit-ready documentation handling, • Communicate with Executives regarding Board requirements and deadlines, • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely document submissions. The contract period will be for three (3) months with the possibility of another months renewal. The client reserves the right to award for a shorter period. .
