Proposals are hereby invited for the trailer servicing and unplanned maintenance for the Pietermaritzburg Office. Scope of services needed: Replace x 2 tow hitch (2500kg – 3500kg) once off; Provide trailer servicing for a period of 12 months, which will include: • Provide brake adjustment, greasing and brake replacement services when required on a 3 months interval schedule for a period of 12 months. Provide unplanned maintenance services on x 9 trailers x 3 weighing 2500kg, x 4 weighing 1600kg x 2 weighing 1900kg), when required for a period of 12 months, which will include: • Mechanical / body repairs, tow hitch repairs, tyre replacement, chases repair and replacement when required for a period of 12 months; • Provide breakdown on the maintenance per visit including (brakes, lining, lights, sealing, wiring). The service may include but not limited to: • Brake adjustments and linings; • Greasing. Safe 300 people payroll and HR Systems Support: • Provision of onsite, remote, telephonic and email support as and when required; • Service provider must provide on-site support when incident cannot be resolved remotely; • Service provider must be able to support and resolve all Sage 300 errors; • To resolve any or all normal systems errors within turnaround times of 24 hours; • Service provider must be able to do software upgrades when latest software version is released by Sage; • Service provider must be able to resolve issues related to drawing of reports from Sage 300 system, when required by client; • Service provider may be required to renew software license annually if required by client (license cost will be borne by client); • Service provider must be able to integrate Sage 300 system with third party applications; • Service provider shall assist with audit requirements as and when required; • Service provider shall ensure that the latest version of Sage 300 is installed on all devices and training provided. .
