The Office of Investment of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) is looking for potential service providers specialising in strategic risk management and scenario analysis solutions. The objective of this Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is to identify potential service providers who are capable providing the solutions that enable the Fund to assess the impact of both economic and climate scenarios on the sustainability of the pension fund. Furthermore, the Fund is seeking the quarterly strategic risk report, in conjunction with your proposed solution. The Fund is committed to enhancing its investment decision-making process by transitioning from a conventional Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA) framework to a comprehensive Total Portfolio Approach (TPA). Furthermore, the Fund seeks solutions that deliver an integrated analysis of both assets and liabilities, with a primary emphasis on asset-side risks and strategic opportunities. The primary objective of the service for OIM is to facilitate an effective and innovative investment approach aimed at securing long-term returns on investments through a comprehensive strategic risk and climate scenario solution. 18-06-2025 Qualified companies/individuals are hereby invited to submit proposals to conduct Research on Freedom of Expression, Hate Speech, and Content Governance in South Africa under the UNESCO EU-funded project “Social Media 4 Peace” project. With a multistakeholder participatory approach, the research will specifically aim to: 1. Provide a clear understanding of the country’s local context, background, and conflict related dynamics, both offline and online, as well as their interplay; 2. Analyze existing legislative frameworks, policies, tools, mechanisms and other initiatives in place aiming at addressing the spread and impact of harmful online content; and build resilience of users and promote user empowerment through MIL, as well as identification of stakeholders engaged in the governance of digital platforms; 3. The purpose of this assignment is the development of a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Guide that will inform evidence-based, relevant and applicable interventions on promotive and preventive psychosocial interventions for adolescents aged 10 to 19 years, which should be implemented in schools, health care settings (through referral), communities (through advocacy) or through digital platforms. Objectives: (a) To develop a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Guide that will enhance the basic sector’s understanding of the importance of mental health in a school setting; (b) To ensure that the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Guide that would enable Provincial Education Departments (PEDs), districts, circuits, schools, partners, and other government departments to design comprehensive plans for mental health and psychosocial support services in schools covering mental health promotion, prevention, early identification, management, referral and support; (c) To enable schools and the sector across all levels to easily monitor mental health and psychosocial support interventions implemented through schools based on the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Guide; (d) To provide some easy and simple resources as part of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Guide that teachers, learners, parents and officials can use to care for their mental health and psychosocial wellbeing; (e) To ensure that the content of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Guide fits the South African context and with a particular focus on teachers and learners through Department of Basic Education’s systems. 18-06-2025 The client is seeking a qualified service provider to develop core content for the training modules aligned with the National Integrated Maternal and Perinatal Care Guidelines for South Africa (Fifth Edition, 2024). Scope of Work: The subject matter expert will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Content Development: - Thoroughly review and interpret the National Integrated Maternal and Perinatal Care Guidelines (Fifth Edition, 2024) to extract all necessary information for the training modules. - Develop a detailed framework and structure for the online modules and learning sessions extrapolated from the guidelines. - Develop comprehensive content for each module and learning session, suitable for presentation format (e.g., detailed scripts or narratives for PowerPoint presentations). - Develop content for PowerPoint presentations for each module. - Develop self-assessment questions (multiple choice) for each module and a corresponding assessment guide with clear scoring criteria. - Develop the content for a brief course evaluation form. - Develop the detailed content for the ESMOE skills package, including identifying key skills to be demonstrated and the necessary tools/equipment for training. - Ensure all developed content strictly aligns with the National Integrated Maternal and Perinatal Care Guidelines (Fifth Edition, 2024). 2. Validation Workshop: - Prepare all draft content materials for the 3-day training packages validation workshop. - Facilitate (or co-facilitate) the content review and validation segments of the workshop, gather feedback, and subsequently revise the content based on inputs. .
