Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to perform a performance audit on the ICT infrastructure as per specifications. Scope: The unit seeks the services of a service provider to provide a suitably qualified and competent resource in performance auditing that will conduct ICT Infrastructure performance audit which includes (but not limited) the following: • Planning (Develop the audit criteria, the standards against which actual performance will be measured; Assist the audit team to develop audit procedures to adequately test the symptoms and audit objectives based on the identified criteria; assist audit team to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategic, operational and financial measures implemented to ensure that resources are used economically, efficiently and effectively); • Executing (Perform and also oversee performance of team members – throughout the fieldwork phase) and; • Reporting (Prepare a report in line with the clients Internal Audit Methodology for review and approval by Chief Audit Executive). This project will be done in line with the principles underpinning Performance Management Audit which are Economy, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Ethics, Equity and in accordance with the requirements of the Global Internal Audit Standards.
