Quotations are hereby invited for supplying, delivering and refilling of 20 litre drinkable water, as well as, rental, maintenance and repairs of water dispensers at client buildings in the Port of Ngqura over a period of 36 months. Scope of work: Installation and maintenance of the units: - The service provider will install/place the units as indicated by facilities management office; - The service provider will be required to service the units on a quarterly basis; - The installation and servicing of the units is to be performed by a competent person(s); - In case of technical failure, the units must be replaced immediately with a rental unit; - The service provider is required to submit quarterly service record to facilities management office. Supply of filtered water: - Supply of an estimate of 50 x 20L filtered drinking water on a weekly basis. The exact totals will be confirmed by the Facilities Management Office; - Supplied water should meet South African National Standard (SANS) 241 Drinking Water Specification. Rental of water dispensers: - The Service Provider to supply additional water dispensers (rental units) as per the specification on a monthly basis. Repairs of broken water dispensers: - The Service Provider to make use of competent technical personnel to do repairs on broken water dispensers on an as and when required basis.
