Re-Advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to provide full conference for the 22nd May 2025 for the Western Cape to be held in the Worcester Area for 45 people. Scope of work: a) Conferencing venue which should cater for the meeting and include the following: • Pens, note pads and bottled water 2 per person. • There must be Power points close to chairs for laptops. • Internet connection (WI-FI) that will allow for uninterrupted connectivity for a virtual meeting. b) Arrival (tea/ coffee, juice, and sandwiches) before 08:00. c) Break approximately 11:00 (Tea, Juice, Coffee sandwiches). d) Lunch (chicken and meat – maybe roast pieces of chicken and meat stew with rice and dumpling/pap including vegetables such as spinach and pumpkin as well as salad with cooldrink and juice) at approximately 13H00. e) Visual and Audio system that will cater for the conference and virtual meetings with technical support. At least two roving microphones and cameras for the virtual meeting with the projector and screens. f) The quality of food prepared must adhere to acceptable food industry standards and must be prepared in a clean and hygienic manner in accordance with all health and safety regulations.
