27-04-2025 Addendum: Extension of Closing Date and Amendment to Quotation Document. Quotations are hereby invited for organisational development and human resource expert/s to assist with the development of the job description of the existing structure, implementation of the job evaluation on the active positions, evaluations of staff payment scale, matching and placement. The project deliverables include a comprehensive report and progress of the entire impact assessment process as detailed: a) An inception report which will include intervention logic of the Programme- based methodology and research, evaluation plan and reviewed documents; b) A detailed evaluation plan: data collection methods and sources to be used; c) A draft evaluation report: to discuss preliminary findings and conclusion of the assessment exercise; d) Final Job description document for all positions in the approved structure; e) Final evaluation/comprehensive report: inclusive of inputs — impact, factual support (all material collected), analysis of activities, results obtained, lessons learnt, conclusion and recommendations. Specifications: Please be advised that a service provider is required to carry out the following: • Supply and install 1 x heavy duty lock to main aluminium door.
