Scope of work: The assignment requires a design and layout company to work with the Clients Regional Office to design and layout the technical document. The work will entail the following: 1) Designing two technical documents: Landscape and bottleneck analysis of regulations and policy, financing, manufacturing, procurement and distribution, and use of life-saving new and lesser-used family planning and maternal health commodities - The main report of about 120 pages long and executive summary of the same report of about 22 pages long, using a creative cover and internal design, a consistent branding look and feel, incorporating clients branding and logo, corporate colours and fonts (to be supplied), and applying a fresh set of high resolution images (to be supplied) for the document; 2) Production and design of 5 social media cards: Based on the contents of the Landscape and bottleneck analysis of regulations and policy, financing, manufacturing, procurement and distribution, and use of life-saving new and lesser-used family planning and maternal health commodities document, the contents will be agreed upon with the clients team and produced in a square format using the agreed design elements of the report. Duration and working schedule: The work is expected to take 7 working days, over the period of a month from the 24th of April to the 24th of May 2025 with time for review and feedback included.
