The Client invites all interested parties to respond to the proposal to appoint a service provider for the Implementation and Support of a Cloud Based (SAAS), IT Service Management (ITSM) tool and service desk telephony for a period of thirty-six (36) months including maintenance and support. Scope: The aim is to acquire the services of a qualified and experienced service provider to provide, configure, implement and support a SaaS based, ITIL compliant IT Service Management tool/system and service desk telephony for the Client. The tool/system must have the capability to be configured for use by other internal business units, e.g. Facilities for call logging (incident and service requests), resolution and reporting.
