Specifications: - The contractor is required to perform a once-off service for two (2) hydro boilers, including inspections of the heating element, tap lever, electrical system, insulation, pilot light, and casing, as well as replacement of essential parts such as the cistern lid seal, tap spring kit, and overload cut-out switch, - Any repairs or replacements beyond the agreed scope must be flagged and approved by the client before proceeding.
