Proposals are hereby invited for the building capacity for the Risiha programme implementation, Child and Youth Care Worker (CYCW) Training. Scope of work: The primary objective of this assignment is to: • Provide accredited NQF Level 4 and 5 training in Child and Youth Care Work to individual programme implementers; • Align the training with SACSSP requirements to enable participants to register as professional Child and Youth Care Workers; • Strengthen service delivery of the Risiha Programme by building the capacity of frontline workers. The service provider will: 1. Deliver a fully accredited NQF Level 4 and 5 Child and Youth Care Worker training programme, meeting national standards and SACSSP requirements; 2. Incorporate in-service training components, allowing participants to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical field experience; 3. Facilitate the registration of trainees with SACSSP upon successful completion of the programme; 4. Provide ongoing support to participants throughout the training period; 5.
