Specifications: - Annual Financial Statements must be GRAP compliant; - Fixed license fee with unlimited users; - AFS software must be compatible with a CCG/SAGE Trial Balance; - Service provider must assist with the initial setup of the 2024/25 AFS template and load Trial Balances for the comparative years; - They must also ensure that the comparative figures and accounting policies align with the audited 2023/24 Annual Financial Statements; - The software must be user-friendly, enabling users to easily modify all elements of the statements, notes and disclosures without requiring extensive configuration; - The software must be pre-mapped to the latest MSCOA chart thus eliminating the need for additional mapping; - Software must provide lead sheets to support balances in the Annual Financial Statements; - System must allow multiple users to access the system and collaborate seamlessly on the same engagement from any location at any time; - System training must be provided via e-sessions.
